Winter Technical Training
The Winter Technical Training series is a six-week program designed to help those players who are looking to strengthen their individual game and stay on top of the ball throughout the winter months.  The training focus will be “time on ball.”  Every session, each player will go through a series of technical exercises that the game demands (ie. passing, receiving, finishing, combination play & moves to beat an opponent etc.).  The goal is to create a more complete player by the end of the program so as the winter training ends, players are much more prepared to start their pre-season training with their teams.
