Here is a recap from now Rush Alumn Kaitlyn Brunworth:
The annual Rush Banquet is an event that all Rush players and families should attend.  Yes, the banquet gives recognition and celebration to deserving players, but that is not all.  The banquet is a time to bond and unite as a Rush family, spending time with the teammates and families of our club and strengthening our friendships.  Moreover, the friends we surround ourselves with at Rush are successful and motivated individuals.  The banquet highlights these successful people and sets them apart as role models for our club.  If nothing else, hearing the inspiring stories of "Comeback Player of the Year," National Championship winning teams, and other award winners at the banquet will inspire the rest of our club members to keep up the Rush tradition of hard work and excellence.
