Rush Pikes Peak Soccer Club will hold a pre tryout meeting at Liberty High School (8720 Scarborough Drive, Colorado Springs) on Monday, May 18 from 7 to 8 PM.

Brian Bronowski, Rush Pikes Peak's newly-announced Technical Director, will be at the meeting to meet member families. Bronowski is also the Director of Coaching for the U9 to U11 age group and will be the head coach of the U11 Boys Rush team this coming fall.

The meeting will cover all things related to the transition between the U10 (Developmental) to U11 (Competitive) age groups. This includes the tryout process, club opportunities, and season and club structure, among other things.

Rush Pikes Peak's U11 teams play 8 v 8, giving each child the best chance to develop by playing games on a field size and with goal sizes appropriate to his/her age. The United States Youth Soccer Association officially recommends 8 v 8 as the ideal number of players and field size for 10 and 11 year olds.
