Rush Pikes Peak will be offering two beginner recreational soccer programs this spring, Mighty Mites and Turbo Tots. Click here to access Registration for spring 2016 Micro Soccer.
Mighty Mites is a once per week training program for 3 & 4 year olds and Turbo Tots is a once per week training program for 5 & 6 year olds interested in having fun through soccer. For the Fall 2015 sessions, Mighty Mites is $45 and Turbo Tots is $65 for the six week program. Both programs include a t-shirt in the price of registration.
Both programs introduce children to the game of soccer by developing their motor skills, ball skills, and concepts of small sided games. The emphasis is very firmly on FUN!
Spring programming will begin the week of April 4 at the following times and locations:
Monday - North session at Golden Hills Park (6255 Delmonico Dr)
Mighty Mites 4.30 - 5.15, Turbo Tots 5.30 - 6.15
4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9
Wednesday - South session at Bear Creek Park (600 Cresta Road)
Turbo Tots 4.30 - 5.15, Mighty Mites 5.30 - 6.15
4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
About Coach Lauren
Lauren Meehan, Micro Programs manager and pictured above, is going into her fourth season as a coach with Rush Pikes Peak and her seventh season of coaching overall. She has a 'B' License, the second highest coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation, and her National Youth License, which specifically helps coaches learn how to teach the youngest players. This Fall will be her third season working with the Micro Program groups.
