youth players The RUSH DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM is the cornerstone of our club and “The Rush Way”. With forward thinking and enthusiastic leadership, we hope to bring out the best in our young athletes and instill self-confidence and boost self-esteem with fun and spirited training and competition. The Fall 2004 season
will run from August to October. The Spring 2005 season will run from
March to May. Specific start and end dates are not known at this time.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, February 2, 2005. |

Games:
Games will begin Saturday, April 2, 2005(Subject to change).

| Teams: Players are assigned to teams based on age and gender. Players are generally assigned to neighborhood teams. Returning players are reassigned to their previous team unless the player requests a team change, or the registration is not received by the February 18, 2005 deadline. Requests to play on a specific team will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with club guidelines. |
| Practices: Practices will start early March. Your coach will contact you with your team’s practice schedule. Teams generally practice at locations within your neighborhood. U5 - U6 teams practice once per week. U7 and older teams practice twice per week. All coaches are volunteers and will pick their practice date, time, and location. |

PIKES PEAK ANNOUNCES
NEW PROGRAM TO INTRODUCE 3 AND 4 YEAR OLDS TO SOCCER! The U-4 Program is designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of soccer at an early age. The curriculum for this program was created by Air Force Academy Coaches, Major Larry Friend and Major Leo Gonzalez. The U-4 program will run for six weeks starting April 15 and ending May 20. These six, 45-minute sessions will run on Friday nights from 5:15-6pm. The location is still to be determined. SIGN-UP TODAY! |

UPDATE
In order to provide the highest quality Developmental Program at a very affordable price, Colorado Rush Pikes Peak has combined our developmental program with the Colorado Rush developmental program. The transition is already occurring and will be seamless. One of the first benefits our members will experience is access to the online registration system. This system will allow members to register players, update addresses or phone numbers and print your player’s schedule! Coaches will have easy access to team information including rosters and schedules. This is just one of many improvements planned for the Developmental Program. Check back periodically for more news! |
